Registration & Poster Exhibition

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM

During this time, the registration will take place as well as the poster exhibition of each engineering student group where they will display their plans for smart cities in Johor Bahru, Penang and Kuala Lumpur.

Opening & Welcoming Speech

2:00 PM - 2:15 PM

In this space, the opening speech will take place to welcome the attendees and give a brief summary of what's to come.

2:15 PM - 2:30 PM

During this time, the MC will be presenting opening speech.

2:30 PM - 2:45 PM

During this time the MC will be presenting the requirements for smart cities.

Parallel Session

2:45 PM - 5:30 PM

During this time the students of EFY and CFY will be presenting their paper. The attendees are free to join any city of their choice.

During this time all the attendees will be called back to the main hall and the MC will give the closing speech, following a photography session
